Return Process

  Log into your Mayvenn account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return shipping is completely free.

• 3.
  Package Your Hair

  Place the original, unaltered hair extensions and all packaging into a secure box and attach the printed shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange order within 3-5 business days.
